Interested in launching a workplace campaign? We’re here to help every step of the way. UW Valleys provides all the tools, resources, and personal support you'll need to plan and run a successful campaign, even if it’s your first time.
To begin, contact Megan Hausch, Director of Development, for a personalized overview and consultation. One of the most effective ways to maximize participation is by offering employees the option to contribute through payroll deductions. Many businesses choose to send collected donations on a monthly or quarterly basis.
What Makes a Campaign Successful?
The most effective campaigns often include:
- Visible support from your CEO or leadership team
- A dedicated, trained campaign team
- Clear, achievable goals
- Engaging and fun activities to boost participation
- Speakers or videos that highlight the real impact of donations

How to Give - Collecting Pledge Information
As a Campaign Champion, you can choose how to collect pledge information, paper or online, or both!

Once your workplace campaign is complete, please submit your totals using the campaign report form to UW Valleys.
